I bought this because I wanted a small, low power bread maker for use on my boat. I've not been disappointed. The Quick Loaf setting is all you really need and it turns out consistently good loaves time after time. It's easy to clean and apart from the paddle being a little difficult to extract from the loaf does the job as well as machines costing more than twice the price.
