I was slightly disappointed that this machine promised to take pretty much all varieties of pods. In reality it only takes soft pods which limits it to some (but not all) Senseo products.

Other than that it is great value for money. I am not a huge coffee drinker myself - unfortunately can only drink decaf but I enjoy making the other varieties for friends and family and frothing up the milk is great fun! Simple to clean, looks nice in kitchen but does not take up too much space. Woould highly recommend

I use this every day. A bit noisy but it makes a decent cup of coffee in the office, where I do not have the facilities to use fresh ground coffee.

I love latte, this is why i did not buy the senseo as it have no steamer. It is frustrating after using the steamer you have to wait at least 3minutes before you can start brewing the coffee. You need to add hot water to tank if you want hot cup of coffee.

I brought this machine after reviewing all the competition mainly because it was advertised as having a universal pod system. I took this to mean that it excepted ALL makes of coffee pods. Prior to the unit arriving and purchased a variety of different pods IE: Dolce Gusto, Senseo and Nespresso. When it arrived I was dissapointed to find that it only took bag type pods not the type that are in a hard casing. Luckily I managed to get my money back on the Dolce Gusto and Nespresso pods that i had brought. Apart from this I am very happy with the unit its fast and the coffee is tasty and hot. The unit is easy to clean holds more than enough water (for the two of us)and you can alter the amount it dispenses to your own liking. The milk frother is powerful and gets the milk very hot. One tip I would give is to preheat the cups as the coffee cools very quickly in a cold cup. If you love coffee and don't want to spend the earth on a coffee maker i would certainly recommend this unit.

Used daily Able to use virtually any pods,some at the moment only costing 50p a packet for good strong coffee. Compared to other more expensive models I have used this is the best by far.
