I use this prduct to make my bread rolls and a variety of different breads and they have been very successful.It also makes lovely jam!!

so far I have only used the basic number one for three ready mixed packs of bread.
Today I used all freshly bought raw ingredients for a wholemeal loaf.
I have chosen, large and light on number one for all loaves so far.
All have produced hard crusts all round with a thicker harder bottom.
Flavour and inner loaf texture has been great.
I need more practice on different settings before I am able to give a true appraisal of the machine.
I shall also seek advice from those who are proficient in bread making.
