I had read reports on about machine and people had complained about it dripping...throwing caution to the wind I placed my order. I have had the machine for over a week now and it still hasn't dripped.
People had also stated the cup warming facility didn't work, try leaving the machine on. It's a bit like your central heating you need to put it on to heat up your house! Enjoy your coffee.

With such a good looking quality brand product I expected a bit more.
Although it makes moderately good espresso (compared to the previous 4 machines I have owned), it fails to froth milk adequately for good cappuccino.
