Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I've used most of the other cheaper types of pod machine over the last few years and this is definitely the best. Very easy to use for lattes and cappucinos - just put the tube into the milk and away you go! Clean up is really easy as well, just do the same with a cup of water instead of milk. For those concerned about it being too low for mugs, you can slide the drip tray off to fit a mug under, although you do get a very small amount of water on the counter if you don't replace it as soon as you stop pouring. The only downside was that the supplied coffee samples were a year out of date!
