There is some corrosion showing in the removable reservoir under the perforated drip tray. I guess that this is the coffee reacting with the alloy of the resevoir. So I clean this after each use but it does raise a question about the material used in this design.

Great machine the only slight down side is the milk creamer can be difficult to clean and is not detachable. However, it is a great machine and would encourage anyone to buy it. Great value for money.

This is the second one of these I have had, the first one being before I moved to the UK. With a litte practise and a good grind of coffee beans (Lavazza Rossa works really well) I can make a coffee better than anything I have had in London. The trick is to get the tamping right, to hard an it will explode coffee grinds when you remove the basket, to soft and it will make you brown water.

Second one I've bought.Its stylish, looks more expensive than it is and makes very good espresso - it got 5 Stars in Which against much more expensive machines.

I find the item not very user friendly. It is difficult to use & very fussy to produce more than one drink. Also difficult to keep clean. I would like to return product to exchange for a different model.

Great value. A "best buy" in "Which?" at [$]. You can easily spend [$] on a machine which doesn't work as well. Also, looks very stylish in the kitchen with its polished chrome finish. Highly recommended for the price.
