I have had a pressure cooker for 30 years and they are great for quick meals, with no steaming up of the kitchen windows.
1 pan replaces 4.
A one pot meal for 4 people of steamed chicken breasts, new potatoes, broccoli, baby carrots and caulifower takes 7 minutes when up to pressure. There is only one pan and the seperators to wash and is as quick as a ready meal but much better for you!!
This is a great item for students to take to college. Even the cheaper cuts of meat are tender when pressure cooked.
Have a go - you will be pleasantly surprised.
The only down side can be veg goes a little soft if you are not careful BUT YOU DO RETAIN NUTRIENTS because it is cooked in so little water and so quickly.

The concept of these old dome type is good but the way they get through gaskets at £5.00 a time is a racket I would not buy another.

The product was exactly what I wanted, a replacement for the same make that had lasted 40 years or more

This was to replace an old pressure cooker which I had used for over 30 years. I am very glad the same model is still available.
