This juicer is a brilliant attachment if you have a Kenwood mixer. It means one less appliance taking up space on the counter, and uses the strong motor of the mixer, which is adjustable to various speeds. I use mine every day, and have only just replaced this attachment after two and a half years of solid use, which isn't bad.
It has a reasonable-sized chute, although I still have to cut apples and large carrots to fit width-wise. I'd prefer the chute to be bigger, especially as this is an attachment for an industrial use machine, but I've seen a lot smaller chutes, so I certainly wouldn't class it as a small tube. I love the fact that the pulp comes straight out of the machine, so there's no pulp container to empty out and wash. I have a kitchen caddy for food waste which fits perfectly on the counter right below the pulp chute, so it all goes striaight into the bin. It wouldn't be a problem to place another container there if necessary, but with my kitchen caddy this is a huge plus.
The attachment sits quite high, meaning there's plenty of room to place a jug or blender beneath it to catch the juice. My previous juicer only had space for a small glass to catch juice, which isn't enough when making larger quantities or when you're mixing a variety of fruits or vegetables and need space to stir them together. This also enables easy smoothies, as I can juice straight into a blender containing soft fruits, and then blend away without needing to use an intermediate container to transfer the juice a little at a time. I always make enough juice for more than one person, so having space for a jug instead of just one glass is great.
On the negative side, it's a fairly noisy machine and it does seem to clog quite easily. It's very easy to open it up and remove the backed up pulp, but it means stopping for a few seconds mid-juice. Not a major drawback, but slightly annoying at times. It also has a tendency to splash as the juice comes out, so you'll probably want to wear an apron.
Overall, though, it's a great, very convenient juicer suitable for occasional as well as everyday use. It will happily make large quantities of juice, it's easy to clean with or without a dishwasher, and it juices hard and soft fruits and vegetables, leaves, and citrus, as well as all but the toughest of peels. I'd definitely recommend this attachment to anyone with the Kenwood mixer.

Takes some effort to clean after use, but it's worth it. Makes great juice.
