What I liked about this machine was that it comes with excellent instructions and recipes that really work. A measure is provided to ensure that the correct quantities of egg and water are used. I made some very nice spaghetti on my first attempt. The only drawback with the machine is that cleaning it after use is a bit fiddly.
It seems a well made machine that does what it should.

When it arrived I had to use it and only had Plain Flour used for baking. It tasted delicious, despite the pre-cooking consistency, however still need to perfect how it looks. have tried using wholemeal flour and it didn't taste too great. At the moment use it for adults as I am not quick enough to use it for the kids tea.

Great fun and very quick. I was expecting a gloopy mess and got really nice pasta. Great for educating kids about what's in food and for experimenting with ingredients (try adding lots of different strongly flavoured herbs to plain pasta dough to make herby green pasta - yum!). Dismantling is easy and even cleaning isn't too bad once you discover the cleaning tool.

Had the attachment for some time but only able to use it yesterday as Kenwood Chef was in for repairs. Worked well and we had our first pasta dish. Recipe in booklet made it a bit dry, had to add extra water. The results were good, will use it on a regular basis.

This product has found a definate place in my kitchen, the option to have freshly made pasta for all you Italian dishes is brilliant.
The process takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have mastered it it will only take a few minutes fot the freshest pasta you will ever have.
