Unfortunately, to get mixing bowl cooled down enough, could be a problem - basically a time/temperature issue. Either you keep it freezer pretty long, or on mine I have to switch-on "Super-freeze" mode several hours in advance, to ensure have it well-working. Or to have ingredients cold enough or pre-frozen.
Otherwise ice cream won't freeze at all.
Manual says your freezer should have -18C (or less), seems not my case :-(
Need more than 1 bowl, since may need to make another quantity of icecream while first bowl is in use - the icecream is so yummy!
Bowl takes up a lot of space in freezer while cooling prior to use -need a chest freezer rather than drawer type.
This attachment is an absolute must for Ice Cream addicts. It's easy to use and set up and makes fantastic Ice Cream in around half an hour. Will have to watch the waistline though!
