found shield over mixing bowl very inhibiting had to remove it as it got in the way, otherwise excellent machine, and enjoy using it.

Good so far but found it awkward to pour in ingredients - they invariably get stuck on the whisk mount rather than in the bowl. This necessitates frequent removal and cleaning of the whisk or blender attachment. A simple cover to the top of the attachment would make it far easier. Apart from that it has tackled everything thrown at it.
