Although still in the honeymoon phase with my new Magimix, there's little doubt I'll love it for years to come. It's doesn't take up too much counter space so I leave it out all the time + that encourages me to use it. I've been shredding veg, making soups and mixing cakes in it. It's robust, which is what my last food processor wasn't.
looks good and doe the job well.

For the short time I have had the mixer it has performed well. I like the storage box for the tools and the extra, small bowl.

Cons:
Capacities mis-leading, Small Capacity
Best Uses:
Slicing Vegetables, Whipping cream
Describe Yourself:

Too small bowl capacities for a family of four.
Citrus press is not efficient. Additional juice can be squeezed with fingers. Poor design for cleaning.
Whipping attachment is in 3 parts and is awkward to handle after use.
If using butter or oils in mixture the mini and midi bowls are difficult to remove without slipping through fingers.
And sorry, but the scraper is too rigid.
Overall a poorly designed unit. Its reputation masks too many design problems.

The mini bowl is uselful for making little amounts, but unfortunately all the other bowls get dirty when you use it, so a lot of washing up!
