Bought these straighteners, having recently acquired a more high-maintenance look than my old ones could cope with. Worried initially that they would not retain heat for very long - but this is not an issue. They heat up v fast, and I can straighten all my hair (medium length, thick) without having to put them back on the charging unit. They have two heat settings, and the lower one is fine for my hair - ideal for everyday use.
