I have a small out building attatched to my bungalow with no heating, I bought the delonghi 400w to heat the above. The eco setting with running costs of less than 1p a hour appealed to me, however I would suugest that the eco setting is more appropriate for a garage to keep frost out. In fairness the other two settings are more than up to the job. In fact, if left on the middle setting it is enough to heat the out building and is still be quite economical. 7/10
Slim and efficient, would buy again

The proforma for placing the wall brackets was quite difficult to use, and the brackets do not seem substantial enough for the weight of the radiator, although they are doing the job expected.

The heated panel is an ideal size and fits flush on the wall. The heater provides constant heat, more than we expected from a 400 watt heater, and is very economical to run.
