Really pleased with this iron, it seemed like a lot of money to pay but is well worth the money. Saves loads of time with little effort - no more aching arm after hours of ironing!

Best iron I have ever purchased. May seem a lot to pay, but well worth it. Once I'd tried a friends - which took a little bit of getting used to, but it has cut my ironing time in half. Would never go back to an 'ordinary' steam iron.

Good for general household ironing where the continuous steam facility is very helpful. When the material is slightly damp and steam is not required the iron is not hot enough, so I have to use an ordinary iron instead. That's a pity because the Simac really should be 'dual function'.
