This is my 2nd purchase of this product as my old one which has had so much use and was about 3 years old had to be replaced but i was delighted to be able to purchase the same make and model once again and this product is fantastic!!!

first time I have used a steam generator and this doesn't disappoint - quick, light and efficient.
My one qualm is that the handle somehow feels a little flimsy when you are depressing the steam button on top; almost as if it is going to crack. It hasn't so far, but doesn't feel as robust as it might.

When our previous iron broke I had the opportunity to borrow one of these. Sceptical at first due to it's size we were quickly won over by how this iron performs. It's quick, glides well, tons of steam on demand (but that is adjustable) and the weight of the iron is perfect. I was told it retails at £200 so when we saw it here for [$] we snapped it up. Electric Shopping were faultless - thanks!

Great for those difficult to remove creases. Don't always have to iron both sides - saves times. Best iron that I have used. Only negative is it's size. Storage is a problem and you have to leave it for 2 hours to cool before you can put away.[...]

This is my first steam generator iron and I am very impressed. It removes creases quicker and speeds through my ironing - and does it beautifully. My mother did some of my ironing using it and now she plans to get one even though she lives alone and only irons for one. [...]

Great iron, halves the time spent on tricky items such as shirts and sheets, and my husband loves it which is fine by me! Need to take care with the temperature or water rather than steam comes out of hotplate, ok once you get used to it.
Will never return to a normal iron.

It is a good iron - although it is so effective I find myself ironing creases into my clothes that I then have to power steam to get out!!!!!

The iron looks great with a modern look. However whilst ironing when using the steam button it lets off this loud noise.
According to the manual this is normal as water is being distributed from the tank. Abit too loud for me.

This is my second Tefal Pro Express iron. The other one leaked like a sieve after 7 months. Because it was so fantastically good I purchaed a new one. Am hoping this is not going to be an annual event. This time I am keeping my receipt - just in case. Time saved ironing has probably saved me from going insane with bordon........

Has made ironing so much quicker and easier - especially big things like duvet covers. Can fold over the sheets and iron several layers at once. I actually quite enjoy ironing now!

I can't say I have used the iron myself but my wife seems to take a lot less time to do the ironing and my shirts have never been so crease free.

This is the second steam generator iron I've had and I wouldn't go back to a standard iron again. Much quicker, simpler and effective - gets a big pile of ironing (family of four who need clean, ironed clothes at least once every day)done in less than half the time a standard iron would take. My only gripe is that sometimes the iron doesn't seem to heat up as it should; when this happens it pours water instead of steam onto your dry clothes AND the ironing board, putting a sudden halt to the otherwise efficient process. Only happens ocassionally, so it may be something to dowith how you switch it off, 'cos when it's working well it's a dream.

Heats up quickly, plenty of steam to remove the toughest creases, however does not leave the ironing board wet as some of the other makes do.

it looks like any other steam iron, but believe me, its not. you can continuously fill the tank without any breaks, which is a bonus for working mums on a time limit. you can halve your ironing time.
