We took this travel Kettle to our hotel in Paris, Hotels in France do not always have tea making facilities, so it was well worth the purchase.It proved easy to pack in our suitcase and was just what we needed to have an early cup of tea in our hotel room.

Tea and coffee making facilities are not provided in many Spanish (in fact European) hotels and the opening hours of eateries other than bars are not always convenient. This kettle was worth it's weight in gold.

I am disabled and unable to access the big kettle in my kitchen. This baby is light to pick up, does the one-cup that I want and as it takes up little space I can keep it on the table besides me.

Only suitable for holiday use - small and lightweight, quick to the boil. Only problem is if you prefer mugs to the cups supplied it only does one and a half which means it has to be boiled twice. Not too much of a problem considering it boils quickly even in the USA.
