this is our second kenwood smoothie maker - we bought the less expensive model first and were disappointed - the finish wasn't as nice, the jug was plastic and the handle broke off when it was washed a bit vigorously. it was just as noisy but not as powerful - that's my only complaint about the machine, it is loud when being used, but it smooths the fruit quickly, so you don't have to run it for a long time. i would recommend it, but it is a big appliance so not really suitable for a compact kitchen, unless you make alot of smoothies!

Fab heavy duty machine, pulverises ice easily. Makes brilliant smoothies. Simple to operate, the kids use it. Its costing me a fortune in fruit though!!!

This product makes perfect smoothies every time and is so easy to clean afterwards. It's glass pitcher which is a lot heavier than plastic types makes this smoothie maker extremely stable in use. Cannot fault it in any way.

The product is so easy to use and quick too. I dont't think they are any negative point about this because its so easy and no stress with it. Recipe book has got some awsome smoothies and taste great.
