Easy to use, makes fruit part of our everday diet, used night and day by all the family, had it two weeks now and I cant keep up with buying the fruit that the kids are using. Definately a very good buy, only critisism it it is a little noisey, but it is heavy duty and blends ice into smoothies brilliantly, very robustly built
