I found this mop an overated joke. The handle is flimsy and after using it once has now bent. I had to use an extension lead as the cable is far to short. Once i got started i soon noticed that my floor was left wetter than when i used my normal vialida mop.When i started to clean my curtains my arm felt like it was going to fall off as the handheld part became to heavy.Would not recommend. How stingy to only include one of each cloth.

Bought it to clean the house of a neighbour, an old chap who's wife died about 8 years ago. You can probably imagine the task ahead of me but it was made so much easier by this steam cleaner. I was a bit scared of using it at first as I had never used one before but there's no stopping me now. Wish I had taken before and after photos of the fridge!

Great hard-floor steamer, although cable could do with being a bit longer. Good for oven cleaning and cleaning around taps etc. Only fault is the garment/fabric steamer, the unit is too heavy to hold up for any amount of time, after 10 minutes my arm was aching! Overall good value for money.

I live in a three storey house with combination of laminate real wood and tiles - I found this broom easy to use on all surfaces especially stairs which up to now have caused cleaning problems.

The only concerns I have is that the flex is really not long enough and has to be used with an extension cable which is just such a hassle.

Also the machine comes with only 1 large and 1 small cloth which covers the front of the machine for cleaning - I really needed 2 or 3 of these.

Very poor build quality. the handle broke off within three days just applying light pressure.

its cleaning ability is nothing specail really. It cleans ok. the provided pad clogs up very quickly.

The build quality means i would not advise others to buy.

that's Stains on the floors and marks on the doors,
bathrooms and showers, no need for scours,
taps where one drinks, and all of the sinks.
