The removable plates are a real boon, I'd never have a sandwich-maker without them now. The plates were a bit fiddly to get off to start with but OK once you get used to them. This was a value for money product and dosen't look as good as the ones which cost 2-3 times as much, but it performs well.

I don't use my sandwich toaster often, but having removeable, easy-to-clean plates is a step forward from my previous model.

This article was purchased for the use of a lst year student in college. I understand he finds it v. useful, extremely quick and versatile. Easy to clean (a bonus!) and economic. The looks and design do not appear to be important at this stage in his life.....but he has made several friends sharing his limited cooking abilities.
This is I believe the second sandwich maker I have bought from you for another family student who has as yet not made any specific comment - apart from the expression ¨Cool¨ Nan.
