This is a great kitchen appliance. It has been used daily since it arrived. It is easy to use,produces tasty food quickly and is very easy to clean. No real cons that I have encountered.

I bought one of these a few weeks before my daughter went back to Uni and she loved it so it left with her! I quickly got a replacement to keep my son happy and he is a big fan of the types of toasties it can do. It is very versatile, you can toast paninni, ciabatta, baguettes etc and all manner of fillings and because of it's design it is extremely easy to clean - don't know how we managed without one before.

This product is very easy to use, easy to clean, nice to look at and quick to get going. It doesn't seal the sides of the sandwiches like other toasters but it does mean you can put many different types of bread in it.

Very simple to use. No difficult areas to keep clean or that attract cooking grunge. Heats up quickly, although cooking time could be faster. No temperature controls. Adjustable height settings are useful but not altogether obvious (I tend to just allow the top to find the best position). All round an excellent device for the money.

This makes a very near perfect toasted sandwich in so little time and without mess. No gungy soft cheese to clear up , hooray.

Great for paninis - just put them in diagonally because the lid is a bit back heavy. Not so good for straight toast; it flattens freshly sliced fresh bread and the middle stays a bit moist. Wonderful for cheese on toast; the bread never burns around the edges and any spills are just so easy to wipe off. I must find time to be more adventurous with it.

I use tis on a regular basis because the finished result is professional, easy to experiment with different fillings - and the cleaning is so simple - a quick wipe is all it takes.

The best sandwich toaster I've tried. Great for those late night snacks and quick and easy lunches. Toasts anything including waffles, crumpets and I've even cooked a burger with it. So easy to use and to keep clean.

Great small appliance, has been used lots in the short time that we've had it. The old one languished at the back of the cupboard because nobody wanted to clean it. With this model, a quick wipe over and it's ready for the next use - great.

We've had the Breville sandwich press for a month now and I think it's been used at least once every day so far! It's easy to use and especially easy to clean, particularly when compared to the type of toasted sandwich maker that seals the edges of the sandwich. We have used it to make the usual kind of toasted sandwich, beans, cheese, eggs, etc, but we've also used it to cook plain toast, waffles, pancakes, folded pizzas and omelettes!
I've just asked my 12 year old what he thinks of it and he replied, "It's brilliant!". I think he's used it most days since it arrived. Definitely not something that's going to end up sitting at the back of the kitchen cupboard.

Makes any kind of toasted sandwiches with no mess. Can't believe how easy it is to clean compared to previous types. And sandwiches are not greasy, as you don't need butter on the outside, to stop it sticking.

Heavy, solid construction. Useful cord tidy in base. Very easy to wipe clean as plates are flat and not ridged. Quick and turns a dull sandwich into a warm lunch - great if you work from home.
