love this slow cooker
only bought this to replace my other, which was exactly the same just a very old version
had it for over 10 years, but i had over filled it on several soups and it has spoiled the switch mechanism, which still worked but was hanging out after pulling it apart to clean inside

Because my wife and I are both working we do not have the time to spend in the kitchen during the week. The slow cooker is so very convenient as it cooks during the day and is ready to serve in the evening even though we are usually home at different times.
