I aimed to change my diet to move away from convenience foods to more healthy options.
This slow cooker enables me to do that with no extra work! Every time I cook - just cook for 8 people (or max in cooker) and freeze in indivudal sizes the extra.
Useful for diced beef, chicken legs (cheaper items taste great), ham (cook in cider). Carrots, parships and onions taste great. I don't brown any meat or fry onions - just tip them in raw for 6 hours.
