Bought for sinus/breathing problems at night for an adult. Works well. Can control amount of cold steam easily. Full cylinder will do 2 nights. Low noise hum, but quite pleasant and doesn't interfere with sleep. Gets very furled up with hard water deposits but we do live in London, UK, which has very hard water. Needs regular cleaning.

Overall excellent purchase and good value.

I suffer from dry eyes and live in a large apartment block. Our bedroom is always warm - even with the radiator off. Noise from a main road stops us opening the window. The Humidifier has helped slightly with my eyes being less red and sore in the mornings. My partner really likes it because he used to wake with a dry sore throat every morning. The humidifier has cured this.

We really like its design. We thought the green light would disturb our sleep but it doesn't. Its quiet hum (it describes itself as 'almost silent') doesn't seem to bother us either. All in all a good purchase.

Down side - we live in an exceptionally hard water area and the limescale build up is very difficult to remove. We started using just filtered water in it and this has improved the situation a little.
