My first purchase was the Houston model which I use at my caravan, I was so pleased with it that I bought the larger Rodeo for home use it is the easiest & healthiest way of cooking that I know of,I rarely use any oil to cook & it seals the flavours in so the tastes are superb plus it is so easy to clean, my daughter in law as also bought the Rodeo & loves it.
As good as it says it is!

Superb non stick surface; just a wipe with a couple of tablespoons of groundnut oil each time and does most things on about 150-200 deg C settings. Wash under hot tap into waste disposer for a few seconds with a nylon brush after it has cooled down (obviously don't temperature shock it). I had the misfortune to drop mine on the stone kitchen floor and break the moulding and the UK distributor was superb at replacing the moulding (three screws to attach) cheaply and quickly. Makes a great outdoor barbecue for three or four people - I've tried it. Most things cook in less than 30 minutes.
I would buy this product again and again

I love this product. This one was actually a replacement for one I had had for some time. I love its size for making pancakes and for big fryup breakfasts.

the grill is great for fry-ups inc hash browns, onions, mushrooms and eggs. The large size means that most can be cooked at the same time. Also good for scotch pancakes and chops etc - virtually anything that you could use a frying pan for, but 3 times the size.
Fantastic non stick surface.
The fat is caught in a removeable drawer underneath.
The best thing about this grill is that you can remove the power lead and really wash it properly, though because the non stick is so good this is so easy, the drawer is easy to remove and wash too.
2 minor downsides - The sides could be a little higher to help catch food you're chasing round.
Also, it does seem to cool down a fair bit before heating up again to the set temperature - but neither are major issues.
I would buy this again - have had other well known health grills and this beats the pants off it - no special shaped sponges to clean and superior non stick coating.

I was pleasantly suprised upon receiving the Griddle. [...] the rodeo is very big and easy to use, plug in, turn the thermostat to required temp and away you go! it heats quickly and is soo light in comparison to how big the item is. If your into cooking chicken breast etc with minimal oil and lean, then this is the baby for you.

this is an excellent and versatile product. we use it to cook breakfasts on and when we are sat out during summer evenings it can be put on the patio table and we just sizzle the meat whilst enjoying the sun! we also use it as a warming plate when cooking for friends. we bought one for friends for christmas and they now wonder how they managed without it!!!
An item I have been looking for.
