It is most useful for making soda bread and I also use it in holiday home outside on sunny days to cook

It is much too large and shallow. I needed something like the old majic pan that would cook everything.
It would be good for large paella but I don't do them!
Will be in the cupoboard because I do not think I will use it
Since our return from Japan we have been looking for a pan like this. This is a great pan for cooking meals at the table. The size (40cm) is just perfect for serving 5-8 persons - maybe more. So far, we have only used it for Sukiyaki (Japanese dish cooked at the table).
The impression of the quality suffered slighly when the plug did not fit in the pan because the receiver part was not positioned correctly. So I had to disassemble the pan and fix the problem. The cable could also have been a little longer.
That said, the pan is working very convincing and we are looking forward to explore other dishes in the future!

The pan goes from sizzling hot to cool before the thermostat switches in again.
Undoubtedly the worst electric pan we have ever owned.
I use my Gourmet on a very regular basis and whatever is cooked in it turns out perfectly from casseroles, curries, vegetarian roasts etc. It is very easy to serve from and to clean. My daughter was so impressed when she saw what could be cooked in it that I bought her one for Christmas.
It is not often one can purchase an item and not find any faults with it.
We use this product in fact 2 of these products every day with in our small cafe and can safely say that they are our best buy so far. We can cook most things and even use to brown oven chips.
I use my pizza pan for almost anything including curries and pasta. It is great because I dont need to use much oil which makes it a really health way of cooking too.
