This is probably the best ice- cream maker on the market. Quick to use, easy to clean, makes delicious ice cream. You can make sorbets, granitaa, low fat , no egg etc. Only draw back is recipe book doesn't tell you how to cook the custard for ice creams but there's lots of sites with recipes that do.
So good I bought it twice ( one for my daughter too).
Ready to eat in 30-40 minutes!
Love it!!

It takes 40 to 50 minutes not 20min

The product is great, however there are a number of issues that are disadvantageous. It is impossible to clean around the bowl(the neck of the machine once the metal bowl is removed). It takes between 40/50 minutes to make an ice cream.

Good machine, simple and well priced.

1 - Do not need 12-24 hours before can be used (like read from other products). Can be used straight away.

2 - Easy to clean and use. Just 3 item to clean (except if you spill you ice cream to the machine. The cover, the spinner and the bowl.

3 - Quite heavy around 12kg, but I think most ice cream machine (with freeze) within that same weight.

Bought this although not sure if it would do it as started. Sure doe's make excellent ice-cream in 20 minutes and so easy to prepare.

I was a bit unsure whether these machines would really produce quality ice cream. I decided to go ahead and order one. My research showed the Simac 5000 listed in the top three and at a very competitive price.

Having used the machine a few times, I find it easy to use and produces excellent ice cream - in 20 Mins. I would recommend this machine, it appears to have good credentials.
