it was good for my family but the toast does not pop up complelety and it usually burns my fingers as toast always remains under the level of slots

slimline toaster that looks good in any kitchen excellent for warming croissants/rolls.But top of standard size sliced bread doesnt always get toasted,no matter what way in you put it some uneven browning.
