I have the misfortune to own this. It is USELESS, a total waste of money, a very bad design.
It picks up very little, which then sticks to the filter & has to be cleared every 2 minutes as the suction drops.The canister empties itself when removed. It's unstable, & the heat from it is tremendous.
I've had a number of vacs over the years, but this is the worst ever.
I would give this zero stars if I could.

I was impressed by the suction on this cleaner. However it does need to be emptied regularly because hair does tend to block the filter resulting in loss of suction. Mine was just out of it's 12 month warranty and the handle broke off when I picked it up. So that was that! It won't close without the handle therefore it is of no use. Either extend the free warranty or seriously correct the design flaw of this cleaner.

This model is great at picking up pet hair when it is empty, but it quickly fills up and needs taking apart and clearing out to get the suction working well again. In my lounge, I have to take it apart and clean it 6 times to get the suction working well. The plastic levers that are needed to open it break off too easily. This I think is a design fault that needs addressing

Bought this product to deal with pet hair from my spaniel and very disappointed. Have to empty it every time I hoover one room!! has blocked up three or four times with hair stuck in the hose. Works OK when empty but it has a very small capacity! Wish I'd stuck with my Henry.

Great tool for getting the cat hairs out of your carpet. You need to keep the filter clean though as the hairs block the vacuum. All in all i think this is great and one of my best ever purchases.
