The Bulldog is the best vac I've every bought. But I only bought it last month. I use it two or three times a week and yesterday the hose away from the casing! I've still got my hall carpet to vac! The store I bought it from are out of stock - so they can't repalce it. They'll give me my money back - but I love my Vac! I don't want to part with it.

I'm a housewife with 2 children who make a mess. My husband creates most of it with house renovations. We needed something that had fantastic suction on carpets and hardwood floors. This is just the best. It was recommended to me by my brother and it was money (albeit not much) well spent. It mightn't look sexy like a Dyson, but it's not as if it's on show. All I wanted was something that'd do its job. I don't care about aesthetic.

I had previously bought a vacuum cleaner for £10 less and might as well have gone round our floors sucking with a straw - totally useless.

It's a wee bit bulky, but it has a great length of flex and a good selection of attachments. A superb buy.
