No, I would not recommend this to a friend

You have to keep your finger on the power button to keep it turned on. This is impractical. The suction is average and not at all what I wanted. The battery life is not good either - I don't have enough time to complete the stairs before the power goes. Would not recommend this product.

useful for cleaning up with the elderly and toddlers esp after meals instead of lugging out the big old hoover

This replaces a similar machine purchase

It is perfect for cleaning up the mess made by my canary, plus the material swept up on my kitchen and conservatory floors. Tjhe old Moulinex was getting tired (the battery wasn't holding it's charge)

This is the best hand-held vac I've ever used.I'm on my second one after several years of regular usage of the first; and I am buying one now for my daughter who has envied me mine whilst she's struggled with her duff models.It's great for STAIRS, its power lasts for several minutes, and it's very good-looking. Elegant AND efficient!

We use the product daily to pick up small particles such as hair and crumbs etc. The stand design means it sits on kitchen work top and takes up little space. The first one we bought lasted approx 8 years. We never changed the batteries and eventually, it slowed down. Opted to buy identical replacement rather than change batteries. Highly recommended.
