It gets there eventually; needs to go on every day & doesn't always pick up very well, but keeps dust levels down. Can't replace your main hoover, but usefull adition.

cleaning is still complicated an not for everybody (my husband)

Fantastic ; press and forget; just remember to keep emptying dust and filter tray and to clean hair etc from brushes; very good at cleaning mats which we weren't able to fully clean with previous vacuum

pattern of cleaning additive! rooms look better than when I use a conventional cleaner. Frequent cleaning of brushes and filter required (improves with daily use) but have 2 spaniels and didn't hoover before using poor roomba. Cleans areas I can't reach i.e. under dining room table, great for edges, finds dog hair even when you can't see any. Dogs terrfied of hoovers but quite happy with roomba.

Picks up animal hair with ease, is quiet, efficient and thorough. A wonderful addition to the cleaning armoury! Re-charges quickly and is ready to go. Doesn't frighten the dogs or cat and is hypnotic to watch. My friends think it is the ultimate luxury, and they're right. Fabulous machine; well done the manufacturers!

It cleans amazingly well, maneouvering itself around and under furniture - occasionally it gets stuck climbing up onto some rugs - but not all. It doesn't frighten the cat. It's bliss not to have to do the hoovering myself. It does take rather a long time to do a room - around half an hour, but then it is thorough! I love it.

Used daily to keep on top of hair etc from 2 dogs and 3 cats. On hard floors, very good, not too hot on carpets though. Doesn't replace full hoovering but does mean that's only once a week or so instead of every day.
Bin needs emptying and brushes cleaning every use, but that may be the amount of animal hair it has to cope with here.
Overall, very good buy

I was a little dubious about spending on a robot! Is virtually unheard of in UK with only a handful of distributors selling it, But I did my homework and USA rave about this wonderful little robot.When I recieved I put it to work straight away, it is brilliant. I set it to come on at night to clean my extra large kitchen, and I wake up to spotless floors. It's great everywhere,it's as good as my dyson if not better as it seems to take the dust out of the atmosphere making everywhere smell fresh.I would tell all working mums to get one,there is something avbout someone else doing the hoovering while you dust behind it. It is quite a lot slower that an upright, as it tends to clean over the same area several times but if you're not there...who cares!!!

Its a wonderfull product. I use it frequently over hard floor. results are wonderfull, I start it while I leave for office, and when I comeback, my floor is spotless. Great product, recommended to all.
I have used it over carpet as well. It does work, but due to the small size of its bin, i guess it may not be that usefull you will have to clean it quite often.
